Effects of some drugs upon tolerance of mice to positive . Radial acceleration

Abstract
Mice were loaded to various forms of the g-time stress from 11.5g-90 seconds, 22.8g-30 seconds up to 28.5g for 20 seconds comparing the per cent of survival of mice under the g stress between the medicated groups and the nonmedicated control groups. Drugs were administered from 30 minutes to 60 minutes prior to load to the g-stress the conclusion obtained. from the results is follows.
1. Administration of more than 50 ug of adrenalin chloride increased the tolerance to the positive g stresses.
2. Treatment of animal with more than 200 ug of cortisone acetate increased the g tolerance between 30 minutes to 120 minutes after administration.
3.Clopromazine administered 20 mg/kg increased the percent of survival of mice loded to positive g
